On September 4, 2024, the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing celebrated the completion of Borealis Park in Fairbanks with an open house and ribbon cutting. A subsidiary of AHFC, ACAH has now built 58 units of affordable housing benefitting Fairbanks residents.
